We are specialists in new heating installations and upgrades and our service includes design, installation, re-piping etc. and the co-ordination of external contractors such as electricians and builders.

Boiler Upgrades

We can also upgrade your boiler with minimum disruption to you and in most cases your new high efficiency boiler will be up and running that evening.

We also flush out your system and install a MagnaClean filter which will help prolong the life of your new boiler.

All Gas and Oil boilers installed after 31st March 2008 must be high efficiency (condensing) boilers. By upgrading high efficiency boiler you could heat your home for up to 40% less.

If your gas boiler is over 10 years old you could save up to 50% by upgrading to a new boiler.

Boiler Upgrade Grants

Bray Tiling can help and advice you on a SEAI boiler grant, heating control upgrades and will assist you through the heating grants appliance process. Grants of up to €560 are currently available, contact us for more information.

Solar Energy Grants

Bray Tiling are fully trained and certified to install Solar Systems and are able to give best advice on what type of system best suits your requirements.

The following grants available to householders who have occupied a house for over one year.

• Vacuum Tube €300 per m2 (to max 6m2)
• Flat Plate €250 per m2 (to max 6m2)
